Return policy
Please review our policies before making any purchases. These policies require us to repair, replace, reduce or refund the price of any items you purchase should they prove to be defective or different from what was advertised. To exercise these rights, you must notify us of any defect in the purchased item(s) within two months of the date the defect was discovered.
As well as the law the obligation to receive the goods lies with the buyer, if the goods are not received after 30 days from the date of shipment, the buyer must notify us by e-mail support@navalny.shop, otherwise we can not guarantee the receipt of goods or refund after the expiration of 30 days.
You also have the right to return your order within 30 days regardless of the reason.
Replacements and returns are only possible if the product has not been used, is undamaged, and the packaging and all the necessary tags are intact. Return expenses in this case are not covered or refunded by us. All return expenses in this case must be covered by the customer.
